OWNED AND OPERATED BY HOUSTON'S ONLY WORLD RANKED BALLROOM AND LATIN DANCER, THE ACADEMY OFFERS A WIDE RANGE AND VARIETY OF CLASSES FOR ALL AGES. The Houston Ballroom Academy was founded on the principles of Eastern European Ballroom Training, mixing Western Europe's flair. Incorporating the most recent dance styles in both International Latin and Standard dances, the HBA's mission is to bring the world of dance to even the most unlikely of suspects.
With a strong passion for not only advancing individual growth and well being, the Academy is dedicated to promoting the arts in children, offering one prestigious scholarship a year to a youth dancer. With room to grow, the HBA hopes to establish the type of Ballroom and Latin dancing technique and styling that truly interprets dance not only as an art form, but also as a way of building self confidence and character.
All classes are tailored so that partnerships are not needed, thus individuals wanting to learn the art can feel comfortable and truly experience an immersion in dance.
